01 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and MPL777 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use mpl777's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. mpl777 enforces strict age verification, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately.
• Be an individual registering in your own name. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted without written authorisation from MPL777.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by any relevant regulatory body.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. False information may result in account suspension and cancellation of wins.
• Only one account per individual permitted. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

MPL777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This includes copies of your ID card, utility bills, or other relevant supporting documents.

03 Member Account

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following are important guidelines for account management:

• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

06 Game Rules

• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game session will be resolved based on server records, not the player's device records.
• MPL777 reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical disruption and return the relevant amount to the member's account balance.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within that game's interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all wins, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or someone else's
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or identity details
• Collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to play
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system bugs

• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other members

08 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid cash balance will be returned after the verification process is complete.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
